Welcome to MyLesbianRadio! Started in 2006, the feed featured "The Lesbian Lounge" with your host Denise Warner who was living in sunny South Florida about 2 blocks from her best friend, Donna. These two lesbian best friends would basically broadcast their weekly 'Girls Night' to listeners, complete with drinks, smoke and snacks. The weekly crew consisted of the brilliant, nutty producer Vicki, revolving interns, managing partner and the referee JRoe,



Life In A Song… The JD Danner Story

From Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe to Lucas Oil Stadium for an NFL half-time show for the Indianapolis Colts, singer/songwriter JD Danner has been captivating audiences nationally and globally. Her style is described as Joan Jett meets Johnny Cash.

Most recently in February, 2022, JD signed as an artist/songwriter with Pennybank Tunes Music based in Paris, France.

January 2021, JD released a new single titled, “Nothing But Faith” which she was inspired to write during the pandemic quarantine.

October 2020, JD’s version of music legend Janis Ian’s song titled, “Better Times Will Come” was chosen by Ms. Ian to be on her website, BetterTimesWillCome.com.

September, 2020 JD launched the podcast, “The Rainbow Remix” which she co-hosts with London based author Denise Warner. The podcast focuses on the LGBTQ community with game-changing guests in arts and entertainment.

Denise is one of the hosts of the popular “Lesbian Lounge” Podcast from MyLesbianRadio.com – she created the show back in 2006 and with her best friend, Donna, the two have been putting up podcasts for the last 10 years. Racking up over 3.5 million downloads throughout the years, the girl’s have quite a huge fan base including 15,000 followers in their combined social media and can boast an impressive list of great guests!

The girls have been highlighted on AfterEllen.com and SheWired.com. They were also featured in POWER UP Film’s Quarterly Magazine in 2009, and have been awarded Lezzy Awards for Best Podcast two years in a row from TheLesbianLifestyle.com 

In the U.K., Denise has been featured in Diva Magazine (Oct 2010, 2013, 2015) and g3 Magazine (2010). MyLesbianRadio won Planet London’s Ultimate Planet Award for Best Radio Show (2013, 2014). Denise & Donna, together, have hosted many annual live women’s events including Gay Days in Orlando for 6 years, and WomenFest in Key West, FL for 5 years, as well as many, many Pride Festivals, local fundraisers, music, and spoken word events all around Florida and in the UK.

Denise Warner-Gregory hails from Niagara Falls, NY (born & raised) by way of South Florida (20 + years) and has recently moved to London, England, diving into the International LGBT community, making appearances and announcing acts at both The Go-Go Festival (2011 in Kent) and at the renowned L-Fest, England’s most talked about lesbian music/arts/comedy/camping weekend in Uttoxeter. Also, Denise can be found at many different local author-driven events and show cases such as Paul Burston’s “Polari-Literary Salon” and pop-up events of the like.

Denise continues to showcase her writing by doing most of the cover interviews for the popular SHE Magazine -The Leading Source for Women -14 years strong in South Florida. Her interviews have included Wanda Sykes, Chely Wright, Lea Michele (“Glee”), Joan Jett, Taylor Dayne, Melissa Etheridge, Margaret Cho, Fran Drescher (“The Nanny”, “Happily Divorced”), Sasha Alexander (“Rizzoli & Isles”), Mel B., Laurel Holloman (“The L Word”), Sharon Gless (“Cagney & Lacey”, “Queer As Folk”), Megan Mullally (“Will & Grace”, “Parks & Rec”), the cast of BBC3’s “Lip Service” and Lucy Lawless. She also has contributed to The Advocate and does featured guest blogging for many LGBT websites while runs her own blog, “An American Lesbian in London” and was a featured author in the lesbian anthology of short stories “Counting Down The Seconds” by Freya Publications.
